The RUS Helpdesk informs you the current User Service Request has been cancelled as the requested webinar has already been delivered on the working environment allocated to you in the frame of the User Support Request referenced USR #3671.

A single Virtual Machine is enough to practice the exercises corresponding to different webinars.

We do not therefore deliver more than one working environment to a given user, even if he plans to replay several webinars and submits several User Service Requests to do so.
