The RUS service offers assistance to registered users who have already been allocated a service, either as a Virtual Machine or a Docker image based environment.

This assistance, provided by the RUS helpdesk gathering experienced experts, may relate to:

  • The allocation and the monitoring of cloud-based computing environments;
  • The use of free open source tools provided with RUS virtual environments;
  • Information about and access to the Sentinel products most relevant with regard to a user application;
  • Thematic issues related to Copernicus EO datasets.

Once logged on the RUS portal, registered users can reach the RUS helpdesk via their private dashboard for enquiries related to an open service, either by sending a Complementary Support Request or through the RUS chat.

Concerning non-registered users, they can contact the RUS helpdesk only via the Contact Form to request basic information on the different services they can get from RUS.
